1. Sprue Bushings-Cooling(new)
Sprue bushing and locating ring made of hot rolled steel. The tapered bore subject to precision grinding offers ease of demolding. The front end can be machined to various shapes and structure. The tapered bore of pinpoint gate has high precision and allows easy demolding. The front end can be machined to various shapes. The runner lock pin made of high speed steel is of high strength and excellent wearing resistance.

2. Core Pins For Boss/Shank
1) Material: SKH51 Hardness: 59~61HRC
2) Material: SKD61 Hardness: 40-45HRC Nitrided surface Hardness: HV900 and higher. Coaxiality kept within 0.005 mm, Dia. 0.3-14mm, The end may be customized.

3. Straight Ejector Sleeves
1)Material: SKH51 Hardness: 59-61HRC Length: Within 300mm Coaxiality: 0.01mm Max. Precision: 0.005mm
2) Material: SKD61 Internal Hardness: 38-42HRC Surface Hardness: HV900 and higher Length: 1000mm and lower Coaxiality: 0.06mm Max. Precision 0.01mm The internal holes of these products have been subjected to precision grinding and rigid coaxiality control to ensure proper fitness with ejector pin and core as well as high compatibility.

5. Rectangular Ejector Pins
Material: SKH51Hardness: 59-61HRC The flat part may be machined to 0.3mm thickness with 0.005mm precision. The flat part shall be abraded after being subject to heat treatment so as to ensure the consistency in its internal structure and result in high tenacity and non-deformation.

6. Straight Ejector Pins
Material: SKH51 Hardness: 59-61HRC. The minimum diameter of pin to be machined is 0.2mm, with the maximum precision up to 0.002mm. Further machining such as chrome-plating and character-engraving is allowed for working end. Unremitting efforts in research has made us the pioneer to make ejector pin with high-speed steel which is of high hardness, high ductility, high grinding resistance and high heat resistance, better for precision mold, capable of increasing the service life significantly, particularly being very effective in controlling the hot deformation for precision mold.

SKD61 Internal Hardness: 40-45HRC Surface Hardness: HV900 above. Pin dia.: 2.0-25mm, length: Below 1000mm, Thickness of nitration case: 0.02-0.05mm, After surface treatment, the product will have an anti-wearing and corrosion-resistant surface with fairly high hardness and a body with fairly low hardness and high tenacity, applicable for molds operating under high temperature.

7. Stepped Ejector Pins
Material: SKH51 Hardness: 59-61HRC. The minimum diameter of pin to be machined is 0.2mm, with the maximum precision up to 0.002mm.
